At Tiny Aura, your baby’s comfort and your satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of baby care products such as diapers, massage oil, and rash cream, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must not be damaged or tampered with.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact our support team.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
